It’s Your World – Explore It!
There's a big wide world out there for all of us to explore. We love to explore new places both at home and abroad and encourage you all to get out there and experience some of the many gifts that that this great planet gives us all to enjoy.
My personal favorite are the oceans of the world, whether it's diving, fishing, snorkelling or just boating, there is so much to do and see. This is me at Ningaloo reef in North Western Australia, world renowned for the mystical Whale sharks that vist every April to July then disappear again without trace.
But you don't have to travel thousands of miles to check out some amazing sights and have some awesome adventures, there are many within easy reach of most of us, if we can just get off the couch to find them!
These sharks, and there was between 30-40 of them are swimming around in no more than 8" of water. They're pretty
harmless as it's a natural nursery for them so most are only small, still an amazing sight to see. Though you'll notice I don't have the snorkeling gear on now! Most were just black or white tipped reef sharks but there was a couple of different species that I couldn't pick, luckily they were more scared of me than I was of them.

cable beach sunset
My lovely wife is not such a thrill seeker but she does like the beach, particularly at sunset when I got the great shot at Cable Beach in Broome, famous for the camel rides you can take along the beach. We also had an awesome trip on a 12 man hovercraft there, not to be missed if you get the chance. She even had the chance to pick the moon from a palm tree the same evening!

quad biking
But if the sea is not your bag, how about a bit of Quad biking on the dunes! This hill might not look like much in the photo but trust me, it was steep enough!
Now these adventures might seem a bit tame, so if your tastes are more adventurous, check out some of the other posts.... I won't claim to have done all of them, but they make some great reading and ideas for enough adventures to last anyone a lifetime!!!!!
Go on, get out there!

I have found that getting out and taking part in adventure sports is a great way to help you build esteem and self confidence. The bigger the adrenalin rush, often the more confident you feel afterward to take on similar challenges.
