Is climbing a rope good exercise i climb a 20 foot rope 5 days a week for 20 minutes is this a good workout?
it depends on ur rate of speed and how determined u r, but u wood just be excersizing for 100 minutes a week if u JUST did that. so if it took u 10 minutes to got up and down a rope one day, that wood be ur rate. thats like climbing 200 ft per 5 days, thats gud, but try to challenge urself, time urself. HTH!
